Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of toniajewelry.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Tonia Jewelry ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and sells the products listed on it. You can reach us at support@toniajewelry.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the payment details you provide are your own.

Products

Our necklaces are a hand-finished brass pendant on a fine chain, plated in 18kt gold or silver. Because each piece is hand-finished, minor variations between items are normal and are not defects.

Plating is a surface layer. With normal care it stays true for a long time, but it will soften with heavy daily wear, and exposure to perfume, lotion, chlorine, and salt water will accelerate that. Care instructions are on each product page.

Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your display. We do our best to photograph accurately.

Metal sensitivities

Our pieces contain no added nickel. If you have a known metal sensitivity, check the composition on the product page before ordering. We can't give medical advice about skin reactions.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Prices and product availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrect price.

Orders

An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the listing. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

Quantity limits may apply to promotional or limited-run items.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

VIP Club

Membership is governed by our VIP Club Membership & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained by unauthorised means may be voided.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, scrape or copy our content at scale, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Our content

The text, photography, designs, and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Content you submit

If you send us reviews, photos, or other content, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

We sometimes link to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that can't be excluded under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits consumer protections available to you where you live.
